E-Gift Card Delivery
All gift vouchers are issued within 24 hours after purchase.
If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent to the buyer, it will be emailed to the buyer within 24 hours.
If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent directly to the recipient, it will be emailed directly to them within 24 hours.

Every E-Gift Card is issued with a unique 16-digit code. This code is required when redeeming the voucher. Please keep it safe, as lost, stolen, or unauthorised use may not be replaced or refunded.

• Present the gift card code at the appointment for validation

Gift Voucher Term and Conditions:
Gift vouchers purchased from www.healingpointglasgow.com are issued by Healing Point Glasgow and may be redeemed only for eligible treatments or services offered by us.
Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or resold.
Each gift voucher acts as an electronic gift card (e-gift card) and is issued with its own unique 16-digit code. This code is required for redemption. Please keep your gift voucher and code secure, as lost, stolen, or unauthorised use may not be replaced or refunded.
All appointments using a gift voucher must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments are not permitted.
Clients must contact our team directly to book an appointment. All appointments using gift vouchers must be requested in advance and are subject to confirmation.
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance may be carried forward and used for future appointments within the validity period. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
All bookings are subject to availability. Possession of a gift voucher does not guarantee availability on a preferred date or time.
The gift voucher or voucher code must be presented at the time of the appointment for validation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or charge the full treatment price if a valid voucher is not presented.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or package deals, unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser or named recipient, where applicable.
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all voucher bookings. Failure to attend an appointment or provide sufficient notice of cancellation may result in the voucher being treated as redeemed and no longer valid.
Gift vouchers may be used only for the specified treatment or service purchased, or up to the monetary value of the voucher where applicable. Any upgrades, additional treatments, or price differences must be paid by the customer.
Healing Point Glasgow is not responsible for any inability to redeem a voucher caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, in accordance with applicable law.

1. Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers purchased from www.healingpointglasgow.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period (typically 24 months from the date of purchase) and must be used within this time. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.
2. Treatments & Services
Payments for treatments and services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without charge.
Late cancellations or failure to attend (no-show) may result in loss of payment or voucher being marked as redeemed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, and in accordance with applicable UK consumer laws.
5. Faulty or Duplicate Transactions
If you believe a payment has been made in error (e.g. duplicate payment or technical issue), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and process a refund where appropriate.
