• Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Any unused balance must be used before the voucher expiry date.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold, or combined with other offers unless agreed by Healing Point Glasgow in writing.

• All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all gift voucher bookings.

• This voucher is a prepaid cash-value gift voucher. It is not a fixed massage package.

• The buyer may give the voucher to the recipient, and the recipient may redeem the voucher value towards any eligible treatment or service at Healing Point Glasgow.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• The voucher code must be provided when redeeming the voucher.

• If the chosen service costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the recipient.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the voucher being treated as redeemed.

• All treatments are subject to health suitability and Healing Point Glasgow’s booking policy, cancellation policy, and treatment terms.

• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Choose your voucher value

Select the Massage Package Gift Voucher amount you would like to purchase.

2. Give it to the recipient

The voucher can be sent to the buyer or directly to the recipient, depending on the option selected at checkout.

3. Recipient books their treatment

The recipient contacts Healing Point Glasgow or books online in advance.

4. Redeem using the voucher code

The recipient must provide the gift voucher code when redeeming the voucher.

5. Pay any difference if needed

If the chosen treatment costs more than the voucher value, the recipient can pay the remaining balance.

E-Gift Card Delivery

All gift vouchers are issued within 24 hours after purchase.

• If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent to the buyer, it will be emailed to the buyer within 24 hours.

• If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent directly to the recipient, it will be emailed directly to them within 24 hours.

Every E-Gift Card is issued with a unique 16-digit code. This code is required when redeeming the voucher. Please keep it safe, as lost, stolen, or unauthorised use may not be replaced or refunded.

How to Redeem Your Gift Card

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability

• Present the gift card code at the appointment for validation

Refund Policy

“All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except where required by law.”

1. Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers purchased from www.healingpointglasgow.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period (typically 24 months from the date of purchase) and must be used within this time. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Treatments & Services

Payments for treatments and services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without charge.

• Late cancellations or failure to attend (no-show) may result in loss of payment or voucher being marked as redeemed.

  
  

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, and in accordance with applicable UK consumer laws.

5. Faulty or Duplicate Transactions

If you believe a payment has been made in error (e.g. duplicate payment or technical issue), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and process a refund where appropriate.
