1. Choose your voucher value

Select the Massage Package Gift Voucher amount you would like to purchase.

2. Give it to the recipient

The voucher can be sent to the buyer or directly to the recipient, depending on the option selected at checkout.

3. Recipient books their treatment

The recipient contacts Healing Point Glasgow or books online in advance.

4. Redeem using the voucher code

The recipient must provide the gift voucher code when redeeming the voucher.

5. Pay any difference if needed

If the chosen treatment costs more than the voucher value, the recipient can pay the remaining balance.

E-Gift Card Delivery

All gift vouchers are issued within 24 hours after purchase.

• If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent to the buyer, it will be emailed to the buyer within 24 hours.

• If you choose the E-Gift Card to be sent directly to the recipient, it will be emailed directly to them within 24 hours.

Every E-Gift Card is issued with a unique 16-digit code. This code is required when redeeming the voucher. Please keep it safe, as lost, stolen, or unauthorised use may not be replaced or refunded.

Refund Policy

1. Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers purchased from www.healingpointglasgow.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period (typically 24 months from the date of purchase) and must be used within this time. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended.

2. Treatments & Services

Payments for treatments and services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without charge.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, and in accordance with applicable UK consumer laws.
